Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of Chinese medicine nursing on patients with diabetic foot. Methods: A total of 60 patients with diabetic foot were divided into two groups by the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing and the experiment group was given Chinese medicine nursing. The ankle brachial index, plantar sensory threshold,Chinese medicine symptoms and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the comparison of ankle brachial index, plantar sensory threshold and Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the ankle brachial index in the experiment group was greater than that in the control group, and the plantar sensory threshold and the Chinese medicine symptom scores in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the total satisfaction rate in the experiment group was 93.33%,higher than that of 73.33% in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine nursing for diabetic foot patients can improve their symptoms and satisfaction.
