Study on Effect of Chinese Medicine Constitution-Regulating Nursing Based on Physique Differentiation on the Management of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine constitution- regulating nursing based on physique differentiation on the management of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:A total of 160 patients with type 2 diabetes were studied and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 80 cases in each group. The control group was given medicine and routine nursing management, and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine constitution- regulating nursing based on physique differentiation apart from the treatment of the control group. After intervention, the two groups were compared in their compliance behaviors(including medication as prescribed by doctors, regular review, knowledge of diseases, reasonable diet) and quality of life(including the aspects of physiology, psychology and treatment),and their satisfaction was investigated. Results:After intervention, the scores of medication as prescribed by doctors, regular review, knowledge of diseases, reasonable diet in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of the aspects of physiology, psychology and treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the nursing management of type 2 diabetes, the implementation of Chinese medicine constitution- regulating nursing based on physique differentiation can help to improve the compliance behaviors of patients,so as to better improve their quality of life.
