Clinical Study on Chinese Medicine External Application Combined with Rapid Rehabilitation Concept for Preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities After Hip Fracture
Abstract: Objective: To observe the preventive effect of Chinese medicine external application combined with rapid rehabilitation concept on deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremities after hip fracture. Methods:A total of 105 cases of patients with hip fracture undergoing total hip arthroplasty were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,53 and 52 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given perioperative nursing under the rapid rehabilitation concept, and the study group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine external application based on the treatment of the control group. On the operative day and the first month after surgery respectively, the perimeter of affected limbs, and the scores and incidences of DVT in the two groups were compared;the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),D-dimer(D-D) and fibrinogen(FIB) in the two groups were measured and recorded. Results:On the first month after surgery, the perimeter of affected limbs in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). On the first month after surgery, the incidence of DVT was 7.55% in the study group, lower than that of 25.00% in the control group(P<0.05);DVT score was (5.37±1.63) points in the study group, lower than that of (8.48±1.51) points in the control group(P<0.05);Hb level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of D-D and FIB were lower(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine external application combined with rapid rehabilitation concept for patients with hip fracture can improve their postoperative hypercoagulable state and reduce the incidence of DVT.
