Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jingling oral liquid combined with atomoxetine hydrochloride for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Methods:A total of 80 cases of ADHD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Jingling oral liquid based on the treatment of the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the clinical effect in the two groups was observed; the scores of attention and controlling ability before and after treatment in the two groups were compared by the Conner Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) and the SNAP-Ⅳ scale. Results:The total effective rate was 82.5% in the treatment group and 65.0% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of ASQ and SNAP-Ⅳ between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of ASQ and SNAP-Ⅳ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Jingling oral liquid combined with atomoxetine hydrochloride for ADHD can effectively improve the clinical effect, attention and controlling ability, and effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children.
