Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect on nursing measures of Chinese medicine intervening non-alcoholic fatty liver disease based on routine treatment and nursing of modern medicine. Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with non- alcoholic fatty liver disease of retention of dampness turbidity syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 54 cases in each group. Both groups were given the oral administration of metformin hydrochloride tablets, polyene phosphatidyl chline capsules, and diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules, as well as comprehensive nursing measures of modern medicine such as health education, diet guidance, and exercise guidance. The observation group was additionally given nursing measures of Chinese medicine, including diet guidance, recuperation by herbal tea, and auricular point pressing therapy. Both groups were treated for three months. Before treatment and after three- month treatment, symptom score was assessed. Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST), total cholesterol(TC),and triglyceride(TG) were detected;the abnormal condition of the indexes above was recorded. Type- B ultrasonography was conducted, body mass index(BMI) and effect were evaluated. Results: After three- month treatment, the curative effect of type-B ultrasonography in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Symptom scores and BMI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P< 0.01). Symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of BMI between the two groups(P>0.05). The abnormal rates of ALT,AST,TC, and TG in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),the abnormal rates of the four indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In intervention of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, nursing measures of Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment and nursing of modern medicine can further relieve clinical symptoms, improve the liver function, regulate lipid metabolism, and enhance clinical effect.
