Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of Xinshenghua granules on postpartum subinvolution uterus with blood stasis syndrome. Methods：A total of 158 parturients with postpartum subinvolution uterus with blood stasis syndrome after cesarean section were divided into two groups according to random number table，79 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin combined with antibiotics，and the observation group was additionally treated with Xinshenghua granules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one week. The sum of three diameters of uterus，postpartum lochia and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，there were significant difference in the comparison of the sum of three diameters of uterus of the two groups with those before treatment (P＜0.01)；the sum of three diameters of uterus in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P＜0.01). Improvement of the duration and the amount of lochia in the observation group was superior to the control group after treatment(P＜0.01). The clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Xinshenghua granules have a significant clinical effect on postpartum subinvolution uterus with blood stasis syndrome.
