Abstract:Abstract: Chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) is the most common adverse effect in patients who received chemotherapy. Severe vomiting can affect the patient's daily diet, reduce patient compliance; in more severe cases,upper gastrointestinal bleeding may occur,threatening one's life. Professor FENG Zhengquan has unique insights into the treatment of CINV. He holds that although the lesion is in the stomach,the occurrence of CINV is closely related to the liver,the spleen and the kidney;the treatment often takes tonifying deficiency,fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach as the general principles;meanwhile,it is important to warm and tonify the spleen and the kidney,care for the root of innate and postnatal endowment, adjust mood, as well as pay attention to dietary modification and preventive medication,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
