Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with vitamin D preparation for children with asthmatic pneumonia caused by mycoplasma infection， and its effect on immune function and inflammatory factors. Methods：A total of 94 cases of children with asthmatic pneumonia caused by mycoplasma infection were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide suspension，and the observation group was additionally treated with Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with vitamin D preparation based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for seven days. The clinical effect as well as the disappearance time of main symptoms and signs was compared between the two groups. Changes in immune function and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate was 93.62% in the observation group， higher than that of 70.21% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， when compared with those in the same group before treatment，CD3 +，CD4 +，and CD4 +/CD8 + in the two groups were increased(P＜0.05)，and levels of interleukin- 6(IL- 6)， high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)，and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were decreased(P＜0.05). When compared with those in the control group after treatment， the disappearance time of cough， the remission time of shortness of breath，and the disappearance time of moist rales of the lung in the observation group were shorter(P＜0.05)，CD3+，CD4+， and CD4 +/CD8 + higher(P＜0.05)， and levels of IL- 6， hs- CRP， and TNF- α lower(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with vitamin D preparation has good curative effect on children with asthmatic pneumonia caused by mycoplasma infection，which can enhance their immune function and relieve inflammatory reactions.
