Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yishen tang for allergic purpura in children of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type. Methods：A total of 82 cases of children with allergic purpura of spleen- kidney qi deficiency type were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to their different treatment schemes，45 and 37 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment，and the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Yishen tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. The levels of interleukin-9(IL-9)，interleukin-17(IL-17)，tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)，immunoglobulin G(IgG) in serum and microalbumin(mA) and α1-microglobulin(α1-M) in urine before and after treatment，and the clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results：The clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z= 3.135，P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of IL-9，IL-17，TNF-α and IgG in serum，as well as mA and α1-M in urine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Jianpi Yishen tang for allergic purpura in children of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type has better clinical effect，which can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in serum and mA and α1-M in urine in children，and improve kidney function.
