Effect of Stretch Manipulation of Traumatology Department in North Zhejiang Com⁃ bined with Core Muscles Stability Exercise on Scapular Dyskinesis in Patients with Traumatic Scapulohumeral Periarthritis
Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of stretch manipulation of traumatology department in north Zhejiang combined with core muscles stability exercise on scapular dyskinesis in patients with traumatic scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with traumatic scapulohumeral periarthritis in accordance with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group was given core muscles stability exercise, and the observation group was additionally given stretch manipulation of traumatology department in north Zhejiang based on the treatment plan of the control group. Before and after treatment, the scapular balance angles, the Neer scores of shoulder joint and the total clinical effective rates in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, when compared the scapular balance angle when the shoulder abduction reached 0° , 30° , 60° , and 150° respectively, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison in the same group before treatment and after treatment , as well as between the two groups(P>0.05); at 90° , 120° , and 180° of shoulder abduction, the comparison of the scapular balance angle in the same group before treatment and after treatment,as well as between the observation group and the control group showed significance in the difference(P<0.05). The Neer scores of shoulder joint in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate was 83.3% in the observation group, and 70.0% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of stretch manipulation of traumatology department in north Zhejiang combined with core muscles stability exercises has good curative effect in improving the pain and the mobility disorders in patients with traumatic scapulohumeral periarthritis, which has significant correction effect on scapular balance angles in the range of 90°~ 120° and 150°~ 180°.
