Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of emotional nursing of Chinese medicine on self- efficacy of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period. Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given emotional nursing of Chinese medicine. Before and after nursing,self-care ability was evaluated by Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA) Scale, and the changes in score of SCL-90 scale, immunoglobulin M(IgM) immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and total lymphocyte count(LYM) were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, each score in the two groups was increased when compared with that before, and self-care ability in the observation group was significantly enhanced when compared with that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, each score of SCL-90 scale in the two groups was decreased when compared with that before, and the scores of paranoid ideation, phobic anxiety,anxiety,depression,psychoticism,obsessive-compulsive, and interpersonal sensitivity in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, IgM, IgG, IgA, and LYM in the observation group were significantly increased when compared with those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Emotional nursing of Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect on the self- efficacy of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period, which can effectively enhance their postoperative self- care ability, relive adverse emotions and improve the immune system.
