Abstract： Objective： The lung and the skin and body hair are connected physiologically， pathologically and therapeutically. Based on the theory of the lung governing the skin and body hair，the relationship between the lung and the skin and body hair was expounded， and the internal relationship between the theory and pulmonary diseases and that between the theory and susceptible constitutions of pulmonary diseases were discussed，so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of pulmonary diseases from the perspective of the theory，and to provide theoretical basis for further clinical research.
