Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoqinglong tang for children with rhinallergosis and its effect on the immune balance of Th1 and Th2. Methods: A total of 69 cases of children with rhinallergosis were retrospectively analyzed, and the data of the included cases were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment schemes. The control group was given the oral administration of loratadine tablets, and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Xiaoqinglong tang based on the treatment of the control group, 14 days being a course of treatment. The curative effect after two courses of treatment in the two groups was compared;the counting of eosinophilic leucocytes(EOS) in nasal secretion, the contents of total immunoglobulin E(tIgE) in blood and the contents of Th1 and Th2 cell- related factors in serum before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with those in the control group, the effective rate in the observation group was higher(P<0.05),and the ineffective rate was lower(P<0.05). After treatment, the contents of EOS, tIgE and interleukin- 4(IL- 4) and interleukin- 8(IL- 8) in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the contents of interleukin- 2(IL- 2) and interferon- γ(INF- γ) in serum were increased(P<0.05). After treatment, the contents of EOS,tIgE and IL-4 and IL-8 in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05),and the contents of IL- 2 and INF- γ in serum were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Xiaoqinglong tang can correct the balance deviation of Th1/Th2 cells by regulating the tIgE contents in children with rhinallergosis and promote their recovery.
