    目的:观察寒喘祖帕颗粒辅助布地奈德、吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液雾化吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA) 的临床效果。方法:选择87 例CVA 患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组45 例与对照组42 例。对照组采取布地奈德、吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗。比较2 组临床疗效,对比2 组治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能及生化指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,2 组治疗后咳嗽症状积分、中医证候积分及血清单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP1)、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α) 水平均降低(P<0.05),呼气峰流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 秒用力呼气容积(FEV1) 均升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后咳嗽症状积分、中医证候积分及MCP1、MIP-1α 水平均较低(P<0.05),PEF、FVC、FEV1 均较高(P<0.05)。结论:寒喘祖帕颗粒辅助布地奈德、吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液雾化吸入治疗CVA 可减轻临床症状,提高治疗效果,有效改善患者肺功能,调节MCP1和MIP-1α,从而延缓病情发展。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Hanchuan Zupa granules assisting aerosol inhalation with budesonide and acetylcysteine solution for inhalation for cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods: A total of 87 cases of CVA patients were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method, 45 and 42 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given aerosol inhalation with budesonide and acetylcysteine solution for inhalation,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Hanchuan Zupa granules based on the treatment of the control group. Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lung function and biochemical indexes before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.56% in the treatment group,higher than that of 76.19% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,cough symptom scores, Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP1) and macrophage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1α) in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC) and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) were increased(P<0.05). After treatment,cough symptom score,Chinese medicine syndrome score and the levels of MCP1 and MIP-1α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of PEF,FVC and FEV1 were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Hanchuan Zupa granules assisting aerosol inhalation with budesonide and acetylcysteine solution for inhalation for CVA can alleviate clinical symptoms, enhance the curative effect, effectively improve the lung function of patients, and regulate monocyte chemoattractant protein and macrophage inflammatory protein,thus delaying the disease development.
