Abstract： Objective： To discuss the effect of Bailing capsules combined with lung rehabilitation training measures on lung function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable stage， so as to provide guidance for treatment of patients. Methods：A total of 87 cases of COPD patients at stable stage were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，42 and 45 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with routine medicine，and the observation group was additionally treated with Bailing capsules combined with lung rehabilitation training measures based on the treatment of the control group. After threemonth treatment，the clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Before and after treatment，the lung function indexes and the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were observed. Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the indexes of forced vital capacity(FVC)，forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment， and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)，interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-8(IL-8) in serum in the two groups were significantly improved， and the levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Bailing capsules combined with lung rehabilitation training measures is helpful to improve the lung function of COPD patients at stable stage，and inhibit the inflammatory factors，which can effectively improve the immune function of patients.
