Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Guanxinning pills combined with routine western medicine treatment for acute cerebral infraction and its effect on myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram. Methods: A total of 120 cases of patients with acute cerebral infraction were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group was additionally given the oral administration of Guanxinnign pills based on the treatment of the control group. Scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Levels of myocardial enzymes and cardiac troponin were determined,and the changes in electrocardiogram before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, scores of NIHSS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, when compared levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase- MB(CK- MB), and troponin between the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment,levels of AST,LDH,CK,CK- MB,and troponin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the five levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the rates of abnormal electrocardiograms between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the rates of abnormal electrocardiograms in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infraction,Guanxinning pills combined with routine western medicine treatment can decrease the rate of abnormal electrocardiograms,and improve levels of myocardial enzymes and cardiac troponin,as well as myocardial blood supply.
