Abstract： Objective： Taking Prof. TANG Xingrong's effective Chinese medicine prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of stomachache in 2018 as the research objects，the database was constructed. The experience was summarized through statistical analysis，and the applicational value of the theory of five phases circuits and six climatic factors in the study of clinical syndromes of Chinese medicine was discussed，so as to form the experience of differentiation and treatment for further inheritance. Methods： Microsoft Excel software was used to build the database of Prof. TANG's clinical syndrome law， and SPSS24.0 data statistical software was used to dig out the potential syndrome type and medication law through frequency analysis， descriptive statistical analysis and other data statistical methods， and the law was analyzed in combination with the theory of circuit and qi. Results：The database of prescriptions of Prof. TANG in diagnosing and treating stomachache patients was constructed to realize real- time collection and data transcription of prescriptions. Combined with the theory of five phases circuits and six climatic factors in 2018， the characteristics of Prof. TANG's prescriptions for stomachache were excavated and concluded—simultaneous treatment of the liver，the spleen(the stomach) combined with qi and blood. Conclusion：The method is feasible，whose results are reliable，and it can be used to summarize the clinical experience characteristics of famous Chinese medicine practitioners.
