Abstract：According to the spirit of the national and Guangdong Province to deepen the reform of the professional title system， and aiming at the decentralization of the self- evaluation for title of a senior professional post in health section， Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，being the first batch of pilot units for the self-evaluation for title of a senior professional post in health section in Guangdong Province， conducted a preliminary exploration on the standard and process and made a plan for the future independent title appraisal.
