Abstract： Objective： To analyze the rule of syndrome and treatment of Yupingfeng powder， including the main diseases，specific dosage，compatible medicine，etc.，so as to provide basis for clinical application. Methods：The clinical research literatures of Yupingfeng powder from China National Knowledge Network(CNI)， VIP database and Wanfang database from 2000 to 2020 were retrieved，and statistical analysis was made on the main diseases treated by Yupingfeng powder，ratio of medicine dosage，frequency of use of different doses，compatibility，etc. Results：Yupingfeng powder was not only used in the treatment of respiratory system，but also used in the treatment of digestive system，skin disease and urinary system disease. The most commonly used compatibility ratio of "Radix Astragali： Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae： Radix Saposhnikoviae" in the prescriptions was 2∶ 2∶ 1； the dosage ratio of Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali ranged from 0.80 to 3.00；the dosage ratio of Radix Astragali and Radix Saposhnikoviae ranged from 1.00 to 1.33； the dosage ratio of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Saposhnikoviae ranged from 1.00 to 2.50. In the prescription，the specific dosage of Radix Astragali，Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Saposhnikoviae was 10- 30 g，10-15 g and 6-15 g respectively，among which the dosage of Radix Saposhnikoviae was larger than that of Chinese Pharmacopoeia， and the overall dosage was significantly lower than that of ancient times. This prescription was often combined with herbs for strengthening the spleen，scattering wind and warming yang，such as Radix Codonopsis，Ramulus Cinnamomi， Radix Paeoniae Alba， Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Poria. It was often used in combination with other prescriptions，such as Xiangsha Liujunzi tang，Huangqi Guizhi tang and Xiaoqinglong tang. Conclusion：The main diseases treated by Yupingfeng powder involve many systems of the whole body， and the curative effect is remarkable. There are differences in the proportion of compatibility in clinical application， and there is no unified standard for specific dosage. In clinic， Yupingfeng powder is mostly used single- prescription or combined with other modified prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation.
