Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Dabuyin pills combined with tripurelin for precocious puberty in girls and its effect on levels of sex hormones in serum. Methods： A total of 80 cases of girls with precocious puberty were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method，40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tripurelin， and the treatment group was treated with Dabuyin pills combined with tripurelin. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)，luteinizing hormone(LH) and estrogen(E2) in serum and the changes in mammillary nucleus， uterine volume and ovarian volume before and after treatment， as well as the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group，higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the diameter of mammillary nucleus，uterine volume and size of ovary as well as the levels of FSH，LH and E2 in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)； the diameter of mammillary nucleus， uterine volume and size of ovary as well as the levels of FSH，LH and E2 in serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion： Dabuyin pills combined with tripurelin has ideal curative effect for precocious puberty，and can effectively improve symptoms and signs and reduce hormones levels，which is safe and reliable.
