Abstract：ZHANG Jingyue elaborated on the etiology，pathogenesis，diagnosis，treatment and adjustment of the lack of heirs in details in the Chapter of Offspring in Furen Gui. Author discusses Jingyue's ways of having children， including analyzing the pathogenesis and treating the root；both male and female should be treated for having children；living a regular life，and seizing the time；performing pre-pregnancy conditioning to prevent habitual abortion，which plays a major role in the clinical treatment of infertility.
