Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with cyclosporin for recurrent spontaneous abortion due to abnormal blocking antibody. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion due to abnormal blocking antibody were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by simple random sampling,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cyclosporin after pregnancy, and the treatment group was given modified Buzhong Yiqi tang before pregnancy. The patients with positive conversion were directly pregnant and continued to be treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi tang. The patients with negative conversion were treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi tang Combined with cyclosporine. The clinical efficacy, positive conversion rate of leukocyte differentiation antigen(CD), successful tocolysis rate, safety and compliance in the two groups were evaluated from the beginning of the treatment to after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Results:The total clinical effective rate was 88.10% in the treatment group, better than that of 65.79% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the positive conversion rates of anti-CD3-BE,anti-CD4-BE,and anti- CD8-BE in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05). The successful tocolysis rate after 12- week pregnancy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the abortion rate was lower(P<0.05). During treatment, when compared incidence of adverse reactions, the number of cases that completed the test, the number of cases that dropped out,and compliance between the two groups, there was no significance being found in the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion due to abnormal blocking antibody, the therapy of modified Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with cyclosporin has satisfying curative effect, high safety, and good compliance, which can effectively enhance the positive conversion rate of anti-CD antigen and successful tocolysis rate.
