Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules combined with microwave therapy for condyloma acuminate. Methods： A total of 100 cases of patients with condyloma acuminate were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table method，50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with microwave therapy，and the experiment group was treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng granules and microwave therapy. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment， changes in levels of granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF) and lipid peroxide(Lpo)，CD3+，and CD4+/CD8+ were compared between the two groups. During three- month follow- up， the recurrence rate was compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 94.0% in the experiment group， higher than that of 80.0% in the control group(P＜ 0.05). When compared with those in the same group before treatment， levels of GM- CSF and Lpo in serum in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P＜0.05)， and levels of CD3 + and CD4 +/CD8 + were increased(P＜0.05). After treatment， levels of GM- CSF and Lpo in serum in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜ 0.05)， and levels of CD3 + and CD4 +/CD8 + were higher(P＜0.05). The recurrence rate was 8.5% in the experiment group， lower than that of 30.0% in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules combined with microwave therapy can treat condyloma acuminate by down-regulating relevant inflammatory factors and enhancing patients' immune function，with a significant effect and low recurrence rate.
