Abstract:Objective:To observe the nursing effect of Danhong injection combined with low molecular weight heparin for unstable angina pectoris. Methods: A total of 200 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin, and the observation group was given nursing intervention after the treatment of low molecular weight heparin combined with Danhong injection. Before and after intervention, the changes in homocysteine(Hcy),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL- 6),whole low blood viscosity(NBL),whole high blood viscosity(NBH),fibrinogen(Fib),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and hematocrit(HCT) in the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention,Hcy and MMP-2 in plasma in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention, and Hcy and MMP- 2 in plasma in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the levels of hs- CRP,TNF- α and IL- 6 in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention, and the above levels in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After intervention, hemodynamic indexes in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention, and hemodynamics including NBL, NBH, Fib, ESR and HCT in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of nursing after Danhong injection combined with low molecular weight heparin for unstable angina pectoris can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the state of plasma in the blood vessels, and effectively remove the inflammatory factors.
