Abstract: Objective: To observe the nursing effect of Danhong injection combined with western medicine on angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 190 cases of patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,95 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was additionally treated with Danhong injection based on the treatment of the control group; both groups were given the same nursing intervention. Before and after intervention, the changes in the degree of illness cognition, treatment satisfaction, activity limitations, the stable state of angina pectoris, angina pectoris attack, nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET), cardiac troponin I(cTnI), N- terminal B- type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT- proBNP), procalcitonin(PCT), C- reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin 6(IL- 6) in the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, all dimensions of SAQ scale in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention; the degree of illness cognition, treatment satisfaction, activity limitations, the stable state of angina pectoris and angina pectoris attack in the observation group were increased when compared with those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the serum markers in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention; the serum marker NO in the observation group was increased when compared with that in the control group, and ET,cTnI,NT-proBNP were decreased, the difference being significant(P< 0.05). After intervention, the inflammatory factors in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention, and the inflammatory factors including PCT, CRP and IL- 6 in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The intervention of nursing after the therapy of Danhong injection combined with western medicine for angina pectoris in coronary heart disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the inflammatory factors, relieve the pain and relax the vasculars.
