Abstract：Prof. WANG Xiaofeng believes that the main pathogenesis of chronic heart failure is the deficiency of healthy qi and the excess of pathogen， and is good at reinforcing healthy qi and dispelling pathogen. This paper summarizes Prof. WANG's clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of chronic heart failure from the aspects of WANG's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic heart failure， the clinical thoughts and characteristics of differentiation and treatment of chronic heart failure，etc.
