Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Compound combined with cyclosporin soft capsules on aplastic anemia(AA). Methods： A total of 50 cases of AA patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，25 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with cyclosporine soft capsules，and the observation group was additionally treated with Bushen Shengxue Jiedu prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two courses， 30 days being a course. Clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The Chinese medicine syndrome scores，level of CD4+ T cell subsets，blood routine and bone marrow hyperplasia were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group，higher than that of 68.00% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of palpitation， dizziness， fatigue， night sweat， bleeding and cold limbs in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)；the above scores of Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CD4+CD25+，CD4+CD25+Foxp3+，CD4+ IFN-γ+ and CD4+Th17 were increased in both groups when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the WBC count，RBC count，hemoglobin levels and platelet count in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜ 0.05)，and the RBC count and the hemoglobin level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜ 0.05)； there was no significant difference in WBC count and platelet count between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， the degree of bone marrow hyperplasia in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜ 0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion：The therapy of Bushen Shengxue Jiedu Compound combined with cyclosporine soft capsules for AA can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients， improve their immune function and blood routine indexes and bone marrow hyperplasia degree，with high safety.
