Clinical Study on Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Nursingand Heart Rehabilitation Nursing for Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Heart Failure
Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing and heart rehabilitation nursing on intervening elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure. Methods: A total of 120 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was intervened with Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing and heart rehabilitation nursing. The scores of anxiety and depression, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of Self- Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 3.33% in the observation group and 20.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 95.00% in the observation group, and was 80.00% in the control group, the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing and heart rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure, can effectively improve the adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression, reduce complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
