Abstract：Objective：To observe the nursing effect of Chinese medicine nursing on chronic non-atrophic gastritis and its influence on the quality of life of patients. Methods：A total of 82 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the admission time，41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the study group was given Chinese medicine nursing， including emotional nursing， Chinese medicine sticking and bean embedment in auricular points，based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were given nursing for seven days. The nursing effect and scores of quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 95.12% in the study group，higher than that of 78.05% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After nursing， the scores of body pain， physiological function， physiological activity and general health in the study group were higher than those in the control group， differences being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The application of Chinese medicine nursing for patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis can improve the nursing effect and quality of life.
