Abstract：This paper explains the basic theory of expelling from the nutrient aspect through the qi aspect，by diffusing qi movement to transfer heat and removing obstacles to cut off the course of disease. Meanwhile，it introduces the static heat syndrome from the source，the degree and binding of blood stasis and heat，as well as the appearance of exogenous and internal injuries，and it holds the view that the purpose of expelling from the nutrient aspect through the qi aspect in treating static heat syndrome is to take advantage of the situation and treat disease before it arises.
