Abstract：ZHENG Qin'an's academic thought attaches great importance to yin and yang of human body，and forms his yin- yang view with congenital kan- li as the main. Differentiation of perimenopausal diseases can be discussed from the kidney alone， or from the heart- kidney relationship. According to ZHENG Qin'an's yin- yang view， the characteristics including decline of yang and yin insufficiency，deficiency yang floating upward and non- interaction between the heart and kidney should be grasped，and the method of supporting yang and inhibiting yin is seen as the main method，combined with submerging floating yang and coordinating the heart and kidney.
