Abstract： This paper introduces chief physician HAO Jianjun's thought and clinical medication experience in treating constraint syndrome. HAO Jianjun believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of constraint syndrome mainly include cardinal disadvantageous as the direct factor and heart-liver yin deficiency as the foundation. In the treatment，based on Chaihu and Longgu muli tang as well as Baihe Dihuang tang，Chaihu Baihe tang was self-made to treat constraint syndrome with good clinical effect.
