    摘要:

    全科医疗是世界公认的社区卫生服务的理想模式。我国已进入老龄化社会,加快建设以社区卫生服务中心为主体的城市社区卫生服务网络尤为重要。高等医学院校应加强医学生的全科医学教育,将医学生的全科医学知识教育与技能培养作为一项基本任务,培养其社区卫生服务的能力。临床教学病例讨论是临床教学、毕业实习教学的重要方式,它的教学特点可以弥补当前临床实习教学中存在的一些问题。在社区全科医学背景下、多学科交叉融合的大趋势下,临床教学病例讨论可以融合心血管、消化、呼吸、内分泌等内科各个专科以及外科、影像、内窥镜、康复、护理等多个学科内容,增加实习生对全科医疗的感性认识,符合社区全科医学的需要。由此可见,多学科融合临床教学病例讨论模式符合社区全科医学背景下医学临床、教学发展以及我国医药卫生体制改革的需要。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:General practice is an ideal model of community health service recognized by the world. China has entered the aging society, so it is particularly important to speed up the construction of urban community health service network with community health service center as the main body. Medical colleges and universities should strengthen the education of general medicine for medical students,take the knowledge education and skill training of general medicine as a basic task, and cultivate their ability of community health service. Case discussion is an important way of clinical teaching and graduation practice teaching,whose teaching characteristics can make up for some problems existing in the current graduation practice teaching. Under the background of the community general medicine and the trend of multiple disciplines,case discussion in clinical teaching can integrate cardiovascular,digestive,respiratory,endocrinology and other internal medicine specialties as well as multiple disciplines such as surgery,imaging,endoscopy,rehabilitation,nursing,etc.,to increase undergraduates' perceptual understanding of general practice and meet the needs of community general medicine. Therefore,it can be seen that the multi- disciplinary integration of clinical teaching case discussion mode is in line with the needs of medical clinical, teaching development and the reform of China's medical and health system under the background of community general practice.
