Abstract：Perimenopausal syndrome，an aging disease with osteoporosis，depression and irritability as the main clinical manifestations caused by the decrease of estrogen level，is often complicated with neuroendocrine，cardiovascular system and other diseases，which has a serious impact on the body and mind of patients. However，there is currently no effective clinical treatment for it. This paper analyzes the current development and future research hotspots of perimenopausal syndrome through bibliometrics， so as to provide systematic data reference for the comprehensive understanding and treatment of this disease.
