Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical medication characteristics of Xiyanping injection for myocardial damage and myocarditis based on real world study. Methods:The diagnosis and treatment data of patients with myocardial damage and myocarditis were extracted from the Hospital Information Systerm(HIS) of 39 large grade A tertiary hospitals in China. The HIS database of inpatients in 39 hospitals was analyzed. General information,medication information and diagnosis information of patients were counted and analyzed by SAS9.4 statistical software. Based on medication situation of the other western medicine and Chinese medicine, the combination of SAS9.4 with R software was used to construct and draw association rules for visible expression. Results:Among 20 894 cases of patients with myocardial damage and myocarditis,there were more males than females,and the children under six years old accounted for the largest proportion. The dosage of clinical use and the course of treatment were basically in accordance with drug labeling and guidelines. When treating myocardial damage and myocarditis with Xiyanping injection,the most common complications included bronchopneumonia(lobular pneumonia), hand-foot-mouth disease and upper respiratory tract infection;the most commonly used medication regimen was Xiyanping injection and ambroxol and budesonide and phosphocreatine. Xiyanping injection was commonly used in combination with second-generation cephalosporins,interferons,antibiotics and other anti-infective drugs. Conclusion:Based on real world data,this study reveals the clinical characteristics of Xiyanping injection for myocardial damage and myocarditis based on real world study. In terms of medication safety, the attention should be paid to the advantages and disadvantages of the combined use of medicine,so as to provide reference for further exploring its applicable diseases and promoting the rational medication use of Xiyanping injection in clinical practice.
