Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of amiodarone combined with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on atrial fibrillation patients in terms of restoring sinus rhythm. Methods: A total of 80 patients with atrial fibrillation were selected as subjects for a prospective study, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amiodarone, and the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills. The clinical effect, various clinical indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of restoring sinus rhythm in the observation group was 92.50% , higher than that of 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The success rate of maintaining sinus rhythm at 3,6 and 12 months after restoration of sinus rhythm in the observation group was respectively higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with those in the same group before treatment respectively, the left atrial diameter after treatment in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05), and the E peak, A peak, E/A ratio were increased(P<0.05). Compared with those in the control group after treatment respectively, the left atrial diameter in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05), and the E peak, A peak, E/A ratio were larger(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than that of 22.50% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined application of amiodarone and Qishen Yiqi dropping pills has significant therapeutic effect in treating atrial fibrillation patients in terms of restoring sinus rhythm, which can effectively slow down the ventricular rate and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
