Clinical Study on Heat- Clearing and Yin- Nourishing Prescription Combined with Rou⁃ tion Western Medicine for Hp Positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness-Heat Syndrome
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of heat- clearing and yin- nourishing prescription combined with roution western medicine for helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampnessheat syndrome. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness- heat syndrome were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was additionally treated with heat- clearing and yin- nourishing prescription based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect, the pathological changes in gastric mucosa, pepsinogen and Hp negative conversion rate in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 92.50% in the observation group, higher than that of 75.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of signs and symptoms and pathology biopsy under gastroscopy between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of signs and symptoms and pathology biopsy under gastroscopy in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores of signs and symptoms and pathology biopsy under gastroscopy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ),pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ) and PGⅠ/PGⅡ between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,PGⅠ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and PGⅠ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the Hp negative conversion rate was 85.00% in the observation group, higher than that of 52.50% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Heat-clearing and yinnourishing prescription for combined with roution western medicine Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome has outstanding curative effect, and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, and improve gastric mucosa, pepsinogen levels and Hp negative conversion rate with higher medication safety.
