Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and tuina combined with rehabilitation training for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training, and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and tuina. The curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group, higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Shoulder, and Hand questionnaire (DASH) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of Fugl- Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) were increased(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS and DASH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of FMA and MBI were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion and tuina combined with rehabilitation training is effective in treating shoulder- hand syndrome after stroke, which can effectively relieve upper limb pain of patients and restore their daily living ability.
