Abstract：Psoriasis is a common chronic skin disease that is recurrent and difficult to heal. Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex，and the treatment of psoriasis that is widely recognized is treatment from the perspective of blood. Besides， dampness is an important etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis，but there are few discussions about this. Therefore，this paper collects ancient and modern literature， and analyzes the treatment of psoriasis from perspective of dampness from three aspects，namely relevant reference，views of modern doctors，and treatment methods，in order to provide a clearer idea for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis from the perspective of dampness.
