Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Naoxueshu oral liquid in adjuvant therapy of acute ischemic stroke. Methods:A total of 79 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment schemes,38 and 41 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was additionally treated with Naoxueshu oral liquid based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were given one- month treatment and six- month follow- up. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. The degree of neurological deficit was compared between the two groups before and after treatment and during the six- month follow- up. The mean blood flow velocity(Vm), resistance index(RI), pulsatility index(PI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and Barthel index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment and during the six- month follow- up,scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,Vm in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05),and RI and PI smaller(P<0.05),PSQI score lower(P<0.05),and Barthel index higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Naoxueshu oral liquid has a good short- term and long- term prognosis for patients with acute ischemic stroke. It can improve their cerebral hemodynamic indexes, sleep quality and daily living ability.
