Positive Influence and Clinical Effect of Emotional Nursing on Rehabilitation After Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation of Femoral Neck Fracture in Elderly Patients
Abstract: Objective: To observe the positive influence and clinical effect of emotional nursing on rehabilitation after closed reduction and internal fixation of femoral neck fracture in elderly patients. Methods:A total of 86 patients with femoral neck fracture who had undergone closed reduction and internal fixation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,43 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with routine postoperative rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group was additionally given emotional nursing based on the treatment of the control group. At discharge, the Harris Hip Score(Harris), score of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL- 90), awareness rate of health education and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed before and after intervention. Results: Before intervention, there was no significant difference in Harris scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, Harris scores in both groups were increased when compared with those before intervention(P<0.05), and Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before intervention, the scores of somatization, obsessiveness, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, fear, hostility, psychosis, paranoia and other indicators in the SCL- 90 between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and fear in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in somatization, compulsion, hostility, psychosis, paranoia and other scores between the two groups(P>0.05). The awareness rate of health education and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Emotional nursing intervention can effectively improve the hip function of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after surgery, the score of part of the SCL- 90 scales, the awareness rate of health education and nursing satisfaction.
