Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Shenmai injection combined with cardiac rehabilitation therapy on cardiac rehabilitation after stenting for coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 200 cases of patients with coronary heart disease after stent implantation were selected as research objects, and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with cardiac rehabilitation, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Shenmai injection. The anaerobic threshold(AT) values of heart rate, maximum oxygen consumption per kilogram during exercise(VO2max), metabolic equivalents(METS), ejection fraction(EF) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) indexes in the two groups were observed. Results:After treatment,AT values in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and AT value in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the values of VO2max in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the value in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the values of METS and EF in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, there being significant difference in the treatment group (P<0.05);the values of the above two indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, there being significant difference in METS(P<0.05). After treatment, BNP values in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and BNP value in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenmai injection combined with cardiac rehabilitation therapy has a positive effect on improving the prognosis of cardiac rehabilitation after stenting for coronary heart disease.
