Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Zhuyu prescription on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type and its effects on coagulation indexes and inflammatory factors. Methods：A total of 88 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method， 45 and 43 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment， and the treatment group was additionally given Yiqi Huoxue Zhuyu prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. Clinical effects，Chinese medicine syndrome scores，coagulation function and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results：The curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome was 93.33% in the treatment group， better than that of 76.74% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores，scores of angina pectoris symptoms，as well as levels of fibrinogen(FIB)， serum interleukin-6(IL-6)，tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)；plasma prothrombin time(PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) were increased(P＜ 0.05). After treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores，scores of angina pectoris symptoms，as well as levels of FIB， serum IL-6 and TNF- α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group，and PT and APTT were higher(P＜ 0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Yiqi Huoxue Zhuyu prescription has a defined curative effect in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type， which can relieve clinical symptoms， improve indexes of coagulation function，and effectively inhibit inflammatory responses.
