Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Danhong injection assisting western medicine for arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease and its effect on electrocardiogram and hemodynamic parameters. Methods:A total of 102 cases of patients with arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,52 and 50 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group was additionally given Danhong injection based on the treatment of the control group. The changes in the electrocardiogram indexes including QRS time limit,QT interval,PR interval, frequency of ventricular premature beat and frequency of non- sustained ventricular tachycardia as well as the hemodynamic parameters including whole blood low shear viscosity(WBLSV),whole blood high shear viscosity(WBHSV),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hematocrit(HCT) and fibrinogen(Fg) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated. Results: The total effective rate was 94.23% in the observation group, higher than that of 80.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of QRS time limit, QT interval, PR interval, frequency of ventricular premature beat and frequency of non- sustained ventricular tachycardia between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the frequency of ventricular premature beat and the frequency of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and QRS time limit,QT interval and PR interval were lengthened when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the frequency of ventricular premature beat and the frequency of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and QRS time limit,QT interval and PR interval were longer(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of WBLSV,WBHSV,ESR,HCT and Fg between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of WBLSV,WBHSV, ESR, HCT and Fg in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); the levels of WBLSV, WBHSV、 ESR,HCT and Fg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.85% in the observation group, lower than that of 16.00% in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Danhong injection assisting western medicine has a definite clinical effect in treating arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease, which can improve electrocardiogram indexes and hemodynamic parameters, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
