Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the additional application of Qili powder based on surgery on ankle fracture. Methods:A total of 87 cases with ankle fracture were retrospectively selected and divided into the control group (43 cases) and the observation group(44 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was given surgical treatment,and the observation group was additionally given Qili powder orally based on the treatment of the control group. The score of ankle joint function,isokinetic muscle strength and level of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of ankle joint score(Kofoed) and American Orthopedic Ankle Hindfoot Scale(AOFAS) between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of Kofoed and AOFAS in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the Kofoed and AOFAS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of the moment of accelerating torque acceleration energy,relative sharp moment and endurance in the observation group detected from the angles of dorsalis,toe flexion,varus and valgus were better than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of C- reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF- α), Interleukin- 6(IL- 6) and Interleukin- 8(IL- 8) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The additional application of Qili powder based on surgery for ankle fracture has a good effect,which can improve ankle joint function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
