Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Wenyang tang combined with western medicine for diminished ovarian reserve(DOR). Methods: A total of 90 cases of DOR patients were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with climen, and the observation group was additionally treated with Zishen Wenyang tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three courses, with one menstrual cycle being a course. Clinical effects in the two groups were observed. Before and after treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores, serum sex hormone levels including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), anti- mullerian hormone(AMH) and estradiol(E2), results of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound as well as expression rates of Toll- like receptor 1(TLR1) and Toll- like receptor 2(TLR2) in the two groups were compared. During treatment, the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate was 91.11% in the observation group and 75.56% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of AMH and E2 were increased(P<0.05);the levels of FSH and LH in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05),and the levels of AMH and E2 were higher(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of AFC and PSV、OV in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the expression rates of TLR1 and TLR2 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the above two expression rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). During treatment, the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed;no obvious adverse reaction occurred, and no cases were excluded due to medication safety. Conclusion:The therapy of Zishen Wenyang tang combined with western medicine has more advantages in improving ovarian reserve function than that of simple western medicine, and can improve ovarian reserve function.
