Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of Qingre Jiedu prescription assisting one-time radical operation on children with perianal abscess and its effect on the growth of granulation tissue. Methods：A total of 120 children with perianal abscess were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with one- time radical operation， and the observation group was additionally treated with sitz bath treatment with Qingre Jiedu prescription based on the treatment of the control group. The scores of Chinese medicine symptom， exudation， Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and granulation tissue growth in the two groups were compared，and the clinical effects and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results：The total effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group，higher than that of 73.33% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms such as anal swelling and pain，restless sleep，aversion to cold with fever， scanty dark urine and constipation as well as red tongue and yellow tongue coating in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the score of each symptom in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of exudation and VAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the time of wound healing， slough shedding and granulation growth score in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group，and the wound healing degree was higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the observation group，lower than that of 20.00% in the control group，the difference being significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Qingre Jiedu prescription assisting one-time radical operation has a significant clinical effect on children with perianal abscess，which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine as well as the growth of granulation tissue，and accelerate their wound healing，with a good safety.
