Abstract: Objective: To observe the improvement effect of Qizhu point plaster combined with aerobic exercise on cancer- related fatigue, quality of life, immune function and inflammatory responses of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 178 cases of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 89 cases in each group. Both groups were given chemotherapy and routine intervention;the control group was given aerobic exercise, and the observation group was additionally given Qizhu point plaster based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after intervention, the scores of Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS) and Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(QLQ- C30), immune function indexes[T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+ and CD3+ ),natural killer(NK) cells and CD4+ /CD8+ ] and inflammatory indexes [platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR) and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)] in the two groups were compared. Results: After intervention, the scores of behavior, affective, physical, and cognitive of PFS and the total scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of each domain of functioning as well as general health in QLQ- C30 in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of each domain of symptoms were lower(P<0.05);the scores of functioning and general health above in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the symptom scores above in the observation group were lower(P<0.05). After intervention,NK cells,CD4+,CD3+,CD4+ /CD8+,PLR and NLR in the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the immune function and inflammatory values in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Qizhu point plaster combined with aerobic exercise can alleviate fatigue, enhance immune function, inhibit inflammatory responses and improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy.
