Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Relinqing granules combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained- release capsules on the treatment of ureteral calculi complicated with bladder irritation. Methods： Retrospective analysis was performed on 60 patients with ureteral calculi complicated with bladder irritation. All patients were treated with Relinqing granules and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained- release capsules. The clinical effect， pain score， bladder irritation and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and analyzed. Results：After two weeks of treatment，the stone excretion rate of patients was 93.33%；the incidence of renal colic was 6.67%，and the utilization rate of analgesic drugs was 3.33%. One week after treatment，the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score was significantly lower than that before treatment，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After two weeks of treatment，the urinary sensation scale (USS) score and heart rate were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After two weeks of treatment， the scores of physical function， social function， material life， psychological function and total score were increased when compared with those before treatment， differences being significant(P＜0.05). The patients were followed up for four weeks after treatment，and the degree of anxiety and depression was improved compared with that before treatment，differences being significant(P＜0.05). In the course of treatment，there were three cases of dizziness and headache，one case of dry mouth and fatigue，and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%. Conclusion：The therapy of Relinqing granules combined with tansulosin hydrochloride sustained- release capsules has a significant effect on the treatment of ureteral calculi complicated with bladder irritation，which can effectively relieve pain and bladder irritation symptoms，improve anxiety and depression，and enhance quality of life.
