Abstract: Objective: To analyze and summarize the prescriptions and administration rule of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by using modern data mining technology. Methods:Relevant literatures on the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with Chinese medicine published by CNKI and Wanfang databases from database establishment to February 1,2021 were collected, and the frequency, effect, nature and flavor, and meridian entry of Chinese herbs in literatures were counted by TCM Inheritance Assistance System V2.5. The methods of association rule, improved mutual information and entropy clustering were used to objectively analyze the association rules and new prescriptions of emerging herbs, and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method was used to analyze new prescriptions. Results:A total of 89 prescriptions were enrolled, including 162 Chinese herbs. The top five herbs with the highest frequency were Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,Borneolum Syntheticum,Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae,Semen Coicis and Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, whose effect is mainly clearing heat and dispelling dampness. In terms of four qi,the cold is dominated;in terms of five flavors, the bitter, sweet and pungent are dominated. In terms of meridian entry, the meridian enters into the liver, spleen and stomach. Four new prescriptions and 20 high-frequency herbal combinations were obtained by association rule mining. Conclusion: The main pathogenesis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in Chinese medicine is pathogenic dampness, which is associated with the dysfunction of the liver, spleen and stomach. Pathogenci dampness and heat often appear together. The prescriptions mainly include herbs for clearing heat and resolving toxins, fortifying the spleen and drying dampness.
